frontend filter

	all screws inwards seems typical.

tx vco range, if trimming is not enough

	remove vco case, look under,
	add 1pF from resonator hot end to ground (440-470 types)
	or whatever is needed. 2p7 reportedly works good.

ctcss tx, optional

	PLL DATA --R-+-R-- MOD, both pins on vco case. untested.

	In setup, round all ctcss Hertz to nearest integer.

"monitor", the round upper button on the side, above ptt, optional

	wire EMG_1 from logic board to
	pin 1 of the 15 pin zigzag connector, on motherboard.
	pin 1 is almost under the small tin cover, near the button itself.

	originally, the button is wired to nothing.

	access tone is not heard locally like dtmf is.
